Federal Judges Complicit In Voter Fraud?

Just weeks before an election, tyrants with a black robes, issue rulings that essentially insults Black people by insinuating that they are too stupid and lazy to acquire a valid ID.

(CBS News) A federal judge on Thursday likened Texas' tough voter ID law to a poll tax meant to suppress minority voters and blocked Texas from enforcing it just weeks ahead of next month's election, knocking down a measure the U.S. Justice Department condemned in court as deliberately discriminatory.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos of Corpus Christi is a defeat for Republican-backed photo ID measures that have swept the U.S. in recent years and have mostly been upheld in court. And it wasn't the only one. The U.S. Supreme Court also blocked Wisconsin from implementing a law requiring voters to present photo IDs.

Gonzales Ramos, an appointee of President Barack Obama, never signaled during a two-week trial in September that she intended to rule on the Texas law - rebuked as the toughest of its kind in the U.S. - before Election Day. But the timing could spare an estimated 13.6 million registered Texas voters from needing one of seven kinds of photos identification to cast a ballot.

The Justice Department says more than 600,000 of those voters, mostly blacks and Hispanics, currently lack any eligible ID to vote.

  1. Proper identification is required to purchase alcoholic beverages, to obtain a driver's license, to apply for Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, to apply for food stamps, welfare benefits. Is that suppressing the minority from obtaining these benefits? So why would it suppress the minority voters? I"ll be waiting for an answer to those questions.

  2. A valid ID is required when you cash a check, use a credit card, buy spray paint, to get on an air plane.... There are very few places where a valid ID is not required. If you are called to jury duty they will ask for a valid ID. But to vote, no ID is required. In addition, in some places if you vote early by absentee ballot your signature is all that is required -- no proof you actually cast the vote. When I was on active duty when invited by absentee I had to have my ballot signed by a commissioned officer before it would count. To use racism, look who made the decision -- a Hispanic Judge who apparently was more Hispanic than American. The report I read stated she said it was not fair to Hispanics (first) the African Americans second.nin many place where ID laws we're upheld, African American voters actually increased. This was not reported by the main stream press, only that in Tennessee had he black vote decreases. And in almost every place the laws were passed valid IDs provided by the stated were given free to those who could not afford the fee. I think that shows racism on the part of activist judges and leftist politicians, because instead of protecting our votes, they chose to say it violates the rights of the minority and poor prople. Yet we are told that "white" prople are in the minority in many places -- so are our rights being violated by judges not protecting our voting rights?

    1. Surely every PATRIOT will agree that judges such as this one need to be disbarred, removed from serving as judges in this nation.

  4. Any way you twist these laws, they are voter fraud. Their intent is to keep democratic voters from casting a vote.
These laws are nothing but voter fraud. They should all be declared unconstitutional.

  5. How can showing valid ID be voter fraud? It isn't. It only makes sense to make sure that if you have voted once, you cannot vote a second time.

    1. Or to cast a vote using a deceased person's ID, or voting at multiple locations.
Anyone who says that providing an ID to register to vote or to cast a vote is totally ignorant, even these judges. Just because these people lack common sense, does not mean that the American people do not have common snese.

  7. This crap has been illegal ever sense the poll taxes were made illegal. The special voter ID laws are just another way to keep the poor form voting.

By having special document requirments and limithing the hours and days that the ID are available, it is virtually impossible for the poor to the ID.

The voter ID laws are the vote fraud. there has been less than 50 cases of vote fraud nation wide, and most of those were republicans.

This voter ID elephant crap must be stopped.
