Bible Cookies Declared Unconstitutional?

John Alameda, a teacher at New Vision High School in Stockton, California, is being accused of "unlawful proselytization," according to a small, misnamed "First Amendment group" that has charged Mr. Alameda with violating "Separation of Church and State."

(Western Journalism) But please note that the words “Separation”, “Church”, or “State” are not found in the First Amendment. I will grant the word “of” is used 5 times.

This is just another attack on Christianity. These attacks have become a pet of media and paper-tiger, un-American, atheist groups.

We should not be afraid of these attacks. As a matter of fact, we should use them as stepping-stones to set the higher standard of education and Constitutional awareness that unfortunately escapes many well-intended, good-thinking Americans.

  1. It seems that Christians are the only ones who are not allowed by this president and his administration their "so called freedom of speech". It was when the government removed God or any reference to God from schools/public places, when the government dictated how we should discipline our children, etc. that this world began going downhill at a rapid rate of speed. And it continues to become worse with each day. There is no longer respect for our constitution, laws, teachers, parents, human life, etc. In fact, there are a vast number of people who do not respect themselves; therefore, how can we expect them to respect anyone else?

  3. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"
HMMMM Nowhere does this portion of the First Amendment say anything about Separation of Church and State. All it says is that Congress shall make no Law. That does not include State Governments or any County/City or any Agency below them. This Separation Policy is NOT in the US Constitution anywhere. All it says its that Congress shall not ESTABLISH any State Religion. Also that it shall also make no Law that prohibits the Free Exercise of Religion.
