Rush Limbaugh: Why Is Obama Bringing Ebola To The U.S.?

The liberal echo chamber says it's compassion, but could there be another reason why Barack Obama is bringing two Americans who are infected with Ebola back to the United States? Rush Limbaugh had a few things to say in response to that question.

(WND) According to CNN, two Americans infected with the deadly and highly contagious Ebola virus are being flown from Liberia to the U.S. for treatment at Emory University.

Rush Limbaugh questions the wisdom of that decision, for reasons that have as much to do with politics as with public health.

"I can’t think of a reason why anyone would want to bring anyone suffering from [Ebola] into this country," Limbaugh said to his listeners Friday afternoon.

"Now, I understand compassion," he went on. "And they’re Americans, and so forth. [But] is that why you think the president decided to do it?"

Limbaugh doesn’t believe the Obama administration is motivated by "compassion" in this case.

One of Limbaugh’s staffers offered a suggestion through the host’s earpiece.

  1. As always Rush is full of elephant crap.

    This is for two reasons.
    One to treat the patient
two to get first hand access to the patient to try to find a cure or preventative vaccine. Having the patient at the lab facilities makes such work much easier and effective.

  3. Two American Citizens who went to help other became infected and now are returning home to continue the fight in a far better medical facilities than you will find in Africa. The two medical professional can be helpful working with the Doctors here to find a cure. They should be the LAST individuals brought in to our country! Find the cure and SEND in to Africa, No more infected people will be allowed into the USA!

  4. U.S. Center for Disease Control has gone in a NOSE-DIVE the the last Ten Years. They LOOSE infectious bacteria & virus'
'ALL' the time. Just this year they found poisonous powder in an old desk drawer and an infectious tube in a old closed lab.
CDC is managed as bad as the V.A.
Fox News Doctor said they could have been treated in Liberia just as well and even at a Quad-Trillion to One odds it was stupid to bring them to the U.S.A.
Peace with Prayers and a BIG stick,

  5. Pastor Franklin Graham asked for them to be brought here; did all the ordination to get them back. He has done similar things for other members of his organization. Pastor Graham is no supporter of Obams or the Democrats. He did because they are his people, that's what good leaders do -- big, big difference in leadership between the two men. One is a great leader, while the other has hs head up his ass and won't make big important decisions. You decides which is which!

  7. Those in Christian evangelism (spiritual and medical and economical) KNOW the risk of the calling to "Go into all the world and teach the Gospel". Why then is such an evangelistic organization as Graham's willing to run the risk of bringing such a deadly disease into America with great potential to take the lives of innocents? How "giving" is that?

    1. I agree with that. Mr. Graham might be a wonderful man and all that, but he is not qualified to decide to bring a disease for which there is no known cure into the US, nor does our government have any business allowing him to do so. This is a unacceptable risk. Of Course Mr. Graham looks forward to going to "Heaven" whatever that is, and if others are sent there by Ebola, I guess he is doing them a favor.

  8. I think my previous posts have made my stand on Obama eminently clear-I heartily detest him and the whole socialist agenda he stands for. However, no one ever achieved meaningful change by sitting home and complaining, then refusing to take action when the time arrived. We can't derail the socialist gravy train by fantasizing about "FEMA camps" or deliberate importation of infectious diseases. The method laid out by the Founders has never changed, because it WORKS! The way to defeat the Obama agenda is to support true conservatives this fall and give us a Senate that will be more disposed toward defending the Constitution, instead of tearing it down like the current rubber-stamp body. Forget not that a conservative Senate will be more favorably disposed toward impeachment as well. Our Republic was designed to encourage universal participation in the political process by all citizens through the franchise and the protections of the First Amendment. No one can deny that our Republic is in danger, but nothing will change unless the "good guys" GET OUT AND VOTE!!

  9. This country will soon become consumed with plagues. I'm so sorry that these 2 people have been infected but I'm more sorry that they will become lab rats to this government.
