You Won't Believe What The Pastor Of The National Cathedral Said

If you believe in traditional marriage, then you're a "sinner." That's the word coming from this nationally recognized "religious leader."




(WCJ) The widely recognized National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. has in certain cases served as a barometer for the pronounced leftward cultural shift of the Episcopal Church. Under the leadership of Rev. Gary Hall, the church has declared that proponents of traditional marriage are sinners and should be criticized as sharply as racists and sexists.

The church’s involvement in the issue became even more apparent when Hall announced it would begin conducting gay marriages. This week, Hall is once again making headlines for an announcement of a June 22 sermon to be conducted by two atypical officiators.

Retired Rev. Gene Robinson became the denomination’s first openly gay priest. After recently announcing he and his ‘husband’ were breaking up, Robinson is slated to preside over the upcoming service. At his side will be Rev. Cameron Partridge, who was born a woman and underwent sex-change surgery in 2001 to become the Episcopal Church’s first transgender priest.
