Through voting, we, as Americans, WILL prevail, and our America WILL prevail. ReplyDeleteFor practical and historical reasons, the US government was never intended to be as large and controlling as it has morphed into. The limited intents of the federal government was to provide for national defense and to protect our constitutional rights. Eliminate 75% of our current federal government and our debt problem would be solved.

DeleteIt's the fault of the voters who allowed the government to grow into the massive out-of-control multi-bureaucracies we have now. Pure lazyness and stupidity on the part of the voters allowing someone else to "take care of them" have created this monster. Perhaps when Benjamin Franklin questioned if Americans could maintain and keep the new Constitution, he knew enough about human nature that he foresaw the present situation? Franklin was wise beyond his time.
