Apparently, members of Congress aren't that upset over the prospect of an Obama
dictatorship after all. On Friday, while no one was watching, Barack Obama
signed a bill into law that gives the him, and future presidents, the power to
make a broad range of appointments and unilaterally install federal judges onto
the bench, without "the advice and consent" of the United States Senate.

The Senate actually passed the bill, which was sponsored by Senator Charles
Schumer (D-NY), in 2011 and shockingly, the Republican-controlled House passed
the bill by a wide bi-partisan margin of 261-116 in July. |
It is the inevitable end of this country as we know it when the American people are apathetic and ignorant enough to allow their politicians to usurp the Constitution like this.
ReplyDeleteWe're finished folks - and we deserve everything we're going to get in the future. It's not any politician's fault, it's the AMERICAN PEOPLE'S fault.
I LEFT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY 5 YEARS AGO WHEN THE TRAITORS LOST THE HOUSE AND SENATE BY DISGUISING THEMSELVES AS RINOS...
DeleteYOU ARE RIGHT.. IT IS THE BLAME THE VOTERS ACT OF 2012 BECAUSE THEY ELECTED THESE MISFITS...
If you know the truth and you do not share it then you are the one to blame.
ReplyDeleteWe will soon hear Little Chuckie Schumer screaming about abuse of power when Romney is elected and utilizes the powers in this legislation to appoint conservative, constitutional judges to federal appointments.
ReplyDeleteWhen I see stuff like this, I long ago came to the conclusion they are all in it together to indenture the citizens of this country to do their will. NONE of them care one iota about us. It is all about their power and their ability to keep it.
"Romney is elected and utilizes the powers in this legislation to appoint conservative, constitutional judges to federal appointments."
DeleteThat assumes that Romney would appoint conservatives???
