Presbyterian Church Hosts Huge Rally To Celebrate Abortion
Say what? A rally in support of abortion giant Planned Parenthood took place inside a Presbyterian Church ...
(LifeNews) Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast organized the "Stand with Women" rally in support of a new abortion facility... The rally took place at the First Presbyterian Church of New Orleans affiliated with the PC (USA). Rev. Fred J. Powell, III is the church pastor.
In 2014, Rev. Fred J. Powell allowed Planned Parenthood to “present a minute for mission” to the church congregation and introduced the abortion clinic chain this way in the bulletin:
"Today, We welcome our soon to be neighbors, Planned Parenthood of New Orleans. They will present a minute for mission this morning. Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast is building a new health center on South Claiborne. Planned Parenthood is a trusted quality health care provider which has been operating a health center on Magazine Street for thirty years."
"The new health center is scheduled to open in 2015 and will provide well women exams, testing for STIs and HIV, cancer screenings and other related reproductive health services. In addition to health care services, Planned Parenthood provides age appropriate health education, parent education and healthy pregnancy education. Planned Parenthood is a community partner with many health and education programs" ...
