GOP Presidential Hopeful Calls Out Boehner And McConnell

This 2016 GOP Presidential hopeful says: "If the whole point of [the 2014] election was just simply to give John Boehner and Mitch McConnell nicer offices, let's give them back."

(NRO) Governor Bobby Jindal (R., La.) warned House speaker John Boehner and Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell not to use their leadership positions to govern as "cheaper Democrats," saying they need to keep the promises made to voters by repealing Obamacare.

"If the whole point of [the 2014] election was just simply to give John Boehner and Mitch McConnell nicer offices, let's give them back," Jindal, a 2016 hopeful, said during an anti-Common Core event in Washington, D.C.

Jindal said that government expands because elected officials break their promises to voters.

"Right now you’ve got an attempt by many in this city to say, 'Well, we can’t really repeal Obamacare,'" Jindal said. My message to Republican leaders, the Republican party, the Republican elected officials is, first, do what you promised us you were going to do when you asked us to vote for you. Second, don’t become just cheaper Democrats. We don’t need Democrat-lite."

  2. I like this guy and several other conservatives stepping up to the plate;; 2014 was a sweep of conservatism; NOT RINOISM.

  3. We need someone who is a legal American-born citizen with leadership qualities, an abundance of common sense, and someone who will obey the requests of the legal American citizens who vote that person into office.

  4. Its time, people to start thinking and acting on strong leadership, Jindal and Walker would make a great team for the USA. Both seem to have the people as number one and the government as number two. Proof is in the pudding, both have that same quality as leaders.

  5. I like Jindal. We have to stifle McConnell and Boehner. Either they stand by us and quit playing games against us, they can go home and stay there. We do not need any more pansies in office. We need strong leaders who will stand up for our Constitution and America and our laws. No citizenship for illegals, no votes for them and no money.

  10. It is as difficult to wean politicians off propaganda as it is to wean them off the money roll. I don't know if Boehner and McConnell know that they are following a Marxist agenda or even if they care. But the fact is; the are. The are helping to destroy this nation. I don't care if they are ignorant or not. It is like pulling the trigger on a gun you think is unloaded. Ignorance does not help to undue the killing. Ignorantly helping to destroy this nation is just as evil as knowingly destroying it. Boehner and McConnell must go!

  11. Our politicians are absolutely ignorant of Marxism. That is why we will lose. I don't hold much hope that politicians will admit they don't know. They only know the propaganda that Marxists put out for public consumption; and they believe it. Marxism is an Evil Science; nothing more. It is not about the worker, the proletariat or any benevolent movement. That is all Bogus BS put out to keep people from understanding the evil.
