Obama Refusing To Deport Illegals Who Engage In ID Theft

But just wait until you hear the reason. You won't believe your eyes...

(Washington Times) The Obama administration told federal immigration lawyers to release illegal immigrants with "old" drunken-driving convictions and those found guilty of stealing other people's identities, according to a lawsuit filed by one of the lawyers at the center of the operation.

Patricia M. Vroom, a top attorney for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Arizona, filed a 67-page discrimination complaint that details repeated battles with agency higher-ups who told her to close cases and not deport people whom President Obama deemed low-priority.

Federal officials were particularly dismissive of identity theft convictions from Arizona, arguing that the state's laws were too strict and stealing an ID to get a job wasn't a serious enough offense to get kicked out of the country.

"This was a very significant development, as generally, criminal aliens, particularly convicted felons, are, under the [prosecutorial discretion] memos, 'priority' cases that should be aggressively pursued," Ms. Vroom said in her complaint.

  1. Well it is like I have said before, this Ass Wipe that calls himself president should never have occupied this great place"the White House". He has done everything he could to Ruin and Down Grade this Great Nation. He should have been removed 4 Years ago.

  4. ID theft not important? Someone has stolen my credit card number twice this year, causing my credit card to be cancelled twice, with a 10 day delivery time lapse for a new one. Fortunately, I have not had to pay the false charges, but it is disconcerting nevertheless.

  5. I had one of my credit cards stolen three times in less than 12 months. I am here to tell you this IS a BIG problem. It takes forever to get the false billing removed. Then there is the automatic payment notifications. That is followed by monitoring your credit reports to see they didn't open more cards. I had a friend who's entire identity was stolen.....thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours work.....fighting to establish a new/rebuilt credit rating....it took her about a year and a half just to get the crap stopped.....then she had to clear up the false junk and repair her credit. This IS a very large problem to anyone who has ever had to brush up against it.

  6. To Obama, for an illegal alien to steal an ID isn't a serious enough offense to get kicked out of the country? What kind of Looney Tunes world are we living in?? Being an illegal alien IN ITSELF is a serious enough offense to get kicked out of the country.

This nonsense has really gone too far. The Usurper needs to be frog-marched out of the Oval Office by Oathkeepers and held for trial, on a huge number of charges. And the sooner, the better; before he can do any ore damage than he already has to the federal constitutional Republic of the U.S.A.

    1. First you have to get it off Harry Reid's desk, and oh yes don't forget the racial war you'll have on your hands for rightfully impeaching him. Oh and don't forget how many Repubs and Democrats are counting on that Hispanic vote! Both sides are guilty of wanting that vote. Just pass an Ammendment removing Executive Orders!
