Dead Ebola Patient Tested Negative For The Disease

What the news media isn't reporting is that the latest victim of Ebola, who just died while receiving treatment in a Nebraska hospital, recently tested NEGATIVE for the deadly disease....

(WCJ) Reports indicate Salia arrived in Omaha with severe symptoms of the disease and immediately received treatment, including dialysis and ventilation for organ failure. The 44-year-old’s death was partially attributed to the fact that, unlike others who were successfully treated for the illness, he was already in a later stage of the disease when he was admitted to the hospital.

"As we have learned," Smith explained, "early treatment with these patients is essential. In Dr. Salia’s case, his disease was already extremely advanced by the time he came here for treatment."

The hospital had previously treated two other Ebola patients, both of whom have since recovered.

While testing can be an effective method of determining who has contracted the illness, Salia’s case proved it is not always a reliable standard. Prior to testing positive for the virus last week, the surgeon was tested just days earlier and received a false negative result. This fact has led to increased concern among many already worried about the threat posed by the virus.

  1. Bet this makes "Ebola Nurse" unhappy. Proves Governor Christie was right to try and keep his people safe.

    1. Honestly I think "Ebola Nurse" could care less about anything but what she wants. Kind of like Obama. I do however agree with your comment on Gov. Christie.
