Finally: The Beginning Of The End For Obama?

Could it be true? The ranks are breaking. The crown has fallen off of the head of The Anointed One and it's getting downright nasty out there...

(Bloomberg) Years of disappointment and tension between Democrats and their president are now on open display as politicians, party leaders and strategists worried about their chances in the midterm elections begin casting about for someone to blame.

A party and its president often go their separate ways during the final years of a second term, and Democrats say they appreciate Obama's decision to avoid campaigning in competitive states. But that doesn't do much to soften frustration with what they describe as near-political malpractice by the White House, basic missteps that some blame on an insular president who they say takes advice from aides with little campaign experience. "Folks are beginning to scapegoat and second guess, but there are plenty of reasons to do that," said strategist Jim Manley, a former aide to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. "President Obama doesn't like to get his hands dirty. He seemingly floats above it all."

On Wednesday morning, Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz refused to endorse the president's contention that the Nov. 4 vote would be a referendum on his agenda, coming within a whisker of an outright contradiction. "Barack Obama was on the ballot in 2012 and 2008," she said, when pressed in an interview on MSNBC. Two days earlier, Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia told The Washington Post that there is "nothing" Obama can do to help swing competitive races to moderate Democrats. A presidential campaign visit, he said, “is not going to be productive."

  1. IMO, this is about getting Hillary elected. They (Democrats, the media, etc.) have to really start putting BHO in a bad light, so come 2016 so-called "moderates" will still vote Democrat. If they can do that & with her playing the gender card (Vote for the first female president!) - they will win. Heard the word "Benghazi" mentioned by anyone but Fox News lately?

    1. The 2016 election will depend on two things, 1st the Republicans winning the senate, 2nd what they do with it if they get it. If they don't get the senate in November, 2016 looks bad, if they get the senate they need to pass a lot of bills, and show the American prople who the party of no is. Even if Obama vetos a lot of the bills, it can be used against the loyal opposition; especially on jobs bills, the pipeline, and corrections or repeal of Obamacare. 2016 would then be for the Republicans to win or lose -- it will up to them. And they should not change Harry's rules until they get all their bills through both the senate and house. With over 300 sitting on Harry's desk that will take a while.....

    2. The republicans cannot win the Senate no matter how the vote goes. The level of fraud by the demon-crats will be unprecedented. Voting machines are programmed to give demoncrats votes no matter who was selected by the voters, those precincts still using paper are already set up with stuffed boxes to be switched out for the actual boxes. Just look at the last election: 110% of eligible voters voting for Komerad Chairman Hussein. Look at the judiciary that cannot even find standing for legitimate lawsuits challenging this kind of result. Look to the Justice department that cannot find a crime if the voter intimidation is done by blacks. This country just may be over.

  2. No I have not heard the word "Benghazi" mentioned very much even on fox news. This needs to be corrected now, time is running out.

    1. Totally agree. Do not put this on the back burner. Keep it up front and repeat it for the DEmo rats who want to make people ignore the fact that 4 Americans died.

  3. Dems have been trying to make everyone think Dems like maobama and Hitlery, but it is not true. Blacks are jumping the ship as well.

  4. Obama is toxic and truth be told, is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst and most destructive President past and future (hopefully). Only those afflicted with mad cow disease, complete losers and Blacks who vote color rather than with logic (probably some redundancy here), still support the Community Agitator and Socialist Racist - Barry Obama.

  6. Obama is only the messenger, the puppet whose strings and mouth are being controlled by the likes of Soros, and others. We need to rid our White House of this entire administration and take back our country, our constitution, our culture and way of life, and our English language.

  7. The rats are deserting the sinking ship, and looking for a life raft named Hillary. All the empty rhetoric about "hope and change" is finally coming back to haunt him, especially since voters are beginning to realize that Obama "hopes" to "change" our Republic to a socialist dictatorship ruled by White House decree. since Hillary subscribes to the same "progressive"(read "socialist/communist") agenda, the life raft is looking a little leaky, too. I guess when you're on the Titanic and it's beginning to break in half, you start grasping at anything that looks like it will float.

  8. Never fear, with their cheating down to a science they just might pull it off. Don't be surprised if they not only win the Senate but get seats in the House. They are so dirty and not above anything

  9. Anyone with half a brain knows that Obamais a hard core socialist doing everything he can to destroy free enterprise and force socialism on America with programs like Obamacare. In addition he is taking major unconstitutional action to increase the number of Democrat voters through amnesty. Hillary Clinton is a carbon copy of Obama, being a socialist or communist from her early adulthood. Is there any possibility that the Democrat voters might see this and reject socialism and reject hillary?
