They say the recent illegal alien invasion is all "about the children," but if you're an American citizen and a Boy Scout, the rules are different. Watch this report which details how a border agent detained a Boy Scout troop for four hours and threatened one boy with a loaded pistol to the head..

ReplyDeleteAnd what really peeves me is that I doubt they do anything of the sort to the people streaming over the southern border in criminal fashion.
I'm guessing "Anonymous" meant "interrogated" but I don't think we want to send people to prison based on either one. Perhaps a disciplinary hearing, dismissal from his employment and then prosecution for unlawful detention may be in order.

ReplyDeleteFirst, this man, if you could call him that, needs to be fired. Second, he does not obviously know the laws of this nation. He is a public servant, and while on duty as a public servant he is not allowed to tell any Citizen not to record or take his picture. The Supreme Court has already ruled against him in this matter. As a Public Employee any Citizen can photograph him, take video and record his voice while he is functioning as a Public Servant. There is no law that has been passed that excludes Border Patrol from this ruling by the Supreme Court.
ReplyDeleteThe Child Citizen should press charges against him for Assault and Brandishing a weapon, which is Illegal under Alaska State Law. The Assault is pulling the weapon on anyone with the intent to do bodily harm. Any time a weapon is pulled out and pointed at any person that is brandishing a firearm under Alaska State Law. It is also Assault with intent to do bodily harm. He should be in jail without bail, as this is a Federal Crime under Federal Law, for any Federal Officer to pull a weapon on an unarmed Citizen with the intent to do bodily harm.

DeleteEveryone, I know this act was awful,but no one was killed and no one went to jail. I think we need to cut the border patrol guys some slack, with all due respect. I live in a SW border state-one you hear about on the news-where the "latin american children" are hemorrhaging into America, and the border patrol guys' lives are a living hell right now. They are beside themselves. Their moral is down, they can't do the job they are trained for and were hired to do, and they can't UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION THEY SWORE TO UPHOLD, and many are quitting because Prez Obama is engaging in his little social engineering experiment. It is he, OBAMA, the man many of you probably voted for, who won't let them uphold the law of the land and do their job properly. Think about that. Think about the agents down here who have contracted the diseases that these illegals have brought in and may have brought those diseases home to their families. Just think this through a little more before you call for this man to be fired.

If you want to be tough, send this idiot down to the southern border of United States when we have some real problems with illegals.

ReplyDeleteNo, the border patrol agent should not have pointed the gun at the boy scout. If he doesn't know any better he needs more training....or if he is a hot head he should be fired. Hey, BP, the invasion of the illegals on the southern border should have priority over a boy scout outing. With this a administration in DC everything appears to be a$$ backwards.
