Obama Goes After Company For Asking Employees To Speak English

The problem is not that the employees couldn't speak English. The problem was, at least in some cases, they refused to speak English while they were on the clock and you simply won't believe the draconian response from the Obama Regime.




(WCJ) In a bizarre twist on civil rights legislation, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under Barack Obama is filing a federal lawsuit against a Wisconsin company for its requirement that employees use English at work.

The legal action came after a number of Hispanic and Asian workers were fired because they could not – or would not – speak English, a decision the EEOC said amounted to discrimination.

Using the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the commission found that the "linguistic characteristics of a national origin group" are included in the protections contained therein.

In an interview with CNS News, the Spanish media liaison at Judicial Watch offered her take on the "ludicrous" suit.

  2. If immigrants want to live in our United States and become legal citizens according to the existing laws, then they should have to learn the English language, follow our customs and laws. If they do not wish to follow these rules, then they are more than welcome to return to their country of origin!!!!
