IRS Defies Subpeona To Produce Lois Lerner's Emails

She plead the Fifth and now the IRS is attempting to tell Congress that it's going to take years to turn over Lois Lerner's emails. Do these folks think you're stupid?




(Washington Times) IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said Wednesday that he won’t be able to produce all of former employee Lois G. Lerner’s emails and those of other key employees by the end of this year, pushing it beyond this year’s congressional elections.

In a heated exchange over whether he and his tax agency employees are cooperating in Congress’s investigations into tea party targeting, Mr. Koskinen said the amount of time it will take to look through and redact private information from the documents could last years.

"What they want is something that’s going to take years to produce," he told the House Oversight Committee...

  3. Tell IRS Commissioner John Koskinen "Thank you for your testimony. You will be incarcerated in an unheated cell on bread and water until the subpoena is completely honored without redactions and in all respects.", and see how vast the emails come forth.

  4. Get rid of one a$$hole, hire a new a$$hole! They need to lock up Lois Learner & throw away the key. Take all of her government funded retirement. She should have been fired for her part in showing the tea party & republicans that she did not work for them. She worked solely & only for Obama & did his bidding!

    Could an ordinary American citizen ignore a Subpeona?
