I have been saying from the start, this thing is a scam designed for this jackass to get his hands on your money. If he came up with it, it is a scam and you should walk away. When the government says they are going to help you save money, take your money and run away as fast as you can because they are trying to take YOUR money because he can't get any more from congress.
