Exposed: GOP Plot To Neutralize The Tea Party

According to National Journal: "Tactics being discussed among Republican strategists, donors, and party leaders include running attack ads against tea-party candidates for Congress."

The article goes on to state that this RINO, anti-Tea Party group is also looking at "overthrowing Ron Paul's libertarian acolytes dominating the Iowa and Minnesota state parties; promoting open primaries over nominating conventions, which can produce Republican hard-liners such as Virginia gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli and shutdown-instigator Mike Lee of Utah; and countering political juggernauts Heritage Action, the Club for Growth, and FreedomWorks that target Republican incumbents who have consorted with Democrats."

Congressman Steve LaTourette's Defending Main Street group has identified its first project: defending Rep. Mike Simpson of Idaho. The Club for Growth threw its support to a tea-party challenger, Bryan Smith, because Simpson backed the $700 million Wall Street bailout, raising the debt ceiling, and a budget deal that staved off the fiscal cliff.

  2. They need to rethink that. I believe there are a lot of patriots and conservatives who suppor the Tea Party.

  3. Tea Party principles are messing with status-quo. Too much power and too complacent. When Republicans have to spend money to defeat people running in their own party, then they are in big trouble.

    1. You are correct!!! The present so-called Republicans are a disgrace in every direction. If the American people who still believe in freedom as we have experienced in the past, they better stand up for what the Tea Party stands for. We need to stress to people how important it will be to vote in the 2014 election. I feel this wil be the most important election in my lifetime of 74 plus years. The house needs to be cleaned up from top to bottom! They every one supports Obama and his ideology. Boehner, Cantor, Ryan are a disgrace along with all the idiots in the Senate. McCain and Graham, McConnel and all the others up for re-election need to be voted out. If we as true Americans do not stand up now, I feel our Country is in dire straits.

    2. The idiotic thing about this is that the Tea Party principles are the same as the Republican principles of several years ago. Now the Republican "leadership" consists of RINOs who no longer follow their own principles and even attack the Tea Party candidates who DO follow those same principles. The aftermath is socialist successes for Obama. Traditional conservatives need to bypass labels and vote for real conservative candidates, not the RINOs who say they are conservative, like Boehner, McConnell, Rubio, and too many others.

    3. The Transylvania tea party has no principles. they are all insane anarchist.

If the GOP does not destroy the tea bags, the GOP will soon cease to exist as a viable party. The only thing they can win now is the gerrymandered districts, and with luck, those will soon be declared unconstitutional.

  5. The Republican elites are determined to replace American sovereignty with a globalist government... new world order. If those GOP socialists are not removed then give the reigns to them to the GNC and pull out the true Christian Conservative Constitutionalists and start a bona fide third party.
