Apart from the fact that the White House copy of what they claim to be a birth certificate is an out right fraud, there is the issue of more than a dozen counts of forgery and fraud all for the gain of one man, and all for purpose of gaining Federal employment as President. So in that sense it no longer matters where Obama was born. He purposely and knowingly presented fraudulent documents to the Federal Government, an act by itself being a felony.

More papers will shortly be filed with numerous officers of the court which will show conclusive evidence to the more than a dozen felony charges. The closed files will also name the individuals who perpetrated these crimes. The only question remains as to who will have enough respect for our rule of law to make public and take legal action on the biggest case of fraud in American history.
When is all this lip service going to stop. It is rime to stop this maniac from further damaging this country and its citizens. This person has to go and we cant continue to wait for his term to be up. Just imagine the damage he has done and will continue to do. Truman elected to use the atomic bomb on Japan, when he did, because it would save more lives. Now is the the time to proceed with the prosecution of Obama and his henchman. The senate knows who they are, so lets get on with it now. Follow Truman's example.

DeleteI cannot imagine a Congress Man or Woman who is an American Citizen not being knowledgeable of the Constitution of the United States and knowing full well we have been misled so many times by this President. Some examples are Obamacare, Amnesty for illegal immigrants,,gifts of taxpayer money to the Islamic Black Brotherhood,illegal stockpiling of guns, ammo. and other war materials. Aiding the terrorist who were responsible for 9-11 and the not knowing anything about anything policy being used by the following: President,Holder,Hillary,IRS,Kerry and on and on

ReplyDeleteThe evidence that something is seriously wrong with the eligiblity of this man is overwhelming. The unknowns are not that he has broken the law but exactly HOW has he broken the law. And even if he was in fact eligible after all I agree with Anonymous that he has committed fraud in so many ways that he is still impeachable. Personally, I don't believe he is even a legal citizen let alone natural born. I have doubts that he is "Barak Obama" - heck what little we know of his background, aside from what he has said, suggests he could be an escapee from the witness protection program. Is he an Al Quaida plant? Who is this man? WHO is Barak Obama?!
I write my Congressmen. I write the Speaker of the House. i write the Senate Majority leader. I demand investigation into his eligibility. I demand Satisfaction to these 5 issues;
1)Mr. Obama has failed E-Verify queries because his SSN is not legally assigned to him.
2)Mr. Obama claimed Kenyan Birth until 2007 when he began his quest for the Presidency as verified in his memoirs and autobiography – either way the man commits fraud in using his varied and sundry births to his advantage!
3) In 2008 the DNC flipped out over the issue of eligibility when the State of Hawaii could not find his Birth Certificate. A series of deferrals and even resignations over the matter underscored the Democrat Party’s concerns! It was, in fact, Hillary Rodham Clinton who first brought the issue up before national attention.
4) Then the Birth Certificate magically appears in 2010 – which begs the question – where was it in 2008? Upon examination a plethora of incongruence become apparent not the least of which is the Politically Correct term “African American” on the same pages as the date of 1961 well before the Politically Correct Crowd puked onto the scene! By no means is this the only point of doubt!
5) Further investigation takes us to the British National Archives where it is found that records for Kenya in 1961 reveal Mr. Obama Senior had a son born to him in Kenya that year! Just a single son in 1961. If Obama junior is actually his son WHO could that possibly be? We do not KNOW because Congress has so far refused to find out!
When pressing Harry Reid on this matter he called me a Racist! I said nothing about Obama's alledged Negro Heritage let alone anything negative about his race and Reid bathed me in a lecture about how we need to disagree on substance rather than hate the man because he is black. Frankly, we don't know for certain that his IS Black. We don't know who he is!
And I am not a racist! Mr. Reid is a Racist because he wants to esteem Mr. obama above the rest of us beCAUSE he is Black. It is no different to put one race over another than to put another race beneath the one!
