    Seriously? Biden was responding to the photographer's request to the MAN to his right to drop his hands to his side. It was a joke about the request sounding like a prelude to a frisking. He was not "telling a female senator to spread her legs." Uncle Joe says enough stupid stuff on his own without us misconsturing things like this.
