Black-Robed Political Hack Denies Allen West Recount Request: Incredulously Rules He Lacks The Authority. Even Judicial Activism, It Seems, Has Limits

(TC Palm) A St. Lucie County Circuit Court judge denied Allen West’s request for a recount of all the county’s early votes in his District 18 race, which narrowly favored Patrick Murphy.

Judge Dan Vaughn said the circuit court didn't have the authority to grant a recount in this case. However, Vaughn said the canvassing board can act on its own accord as it considers an early voting recount at a 4 p.m. meeting.

The courtroom crowd has quickly shuffled to the Supervisor of Elections office, where the canvassing board is counting 40 overseas ballots before considering a recount of all the early votes. The overseas ballots had a deadline of Friday to arrive.

  1. Obviously all 50 states will not be allowed to sescede. But that should send a message to Obama that we all know the 2012 election was a farce and his popularity will really suffer.
