Black-Robed Political Hack Denies Allen West Recount Request: Incredulously Rules He Lacks The Authority. Even Judicial Activism, It Seems, Has Limits
(TC Palm) A St. Lucie County Circuit Court judge denied Allen West’s request for
a recount of all the county’s early votes in his District 18 race, which
narrowly favored Patrick Murphy.
| Judge Dan Vaughn said the circuit court didn't have the authority to grant a recount in this case. However, Vaughn said the canvassing board can act on its own accord as it considers an early voting recount at a 4 p.m. meeting. |

The courtroom crowd has quickly shuffled to the Supervisor of
Elections office, where the canvassing board is counting 40 overseas ballots
before considering a recount of all the early votes. The overseas ballots had a
deadline of Friday to arrive.

Obviously all 50 states will not be allowed to sescede. But that should send a message to Obama that we all know the 2012 election was a farce and his popularity will really suffer.
