New Orleans Still Without Power And Media Gives Obama A Pass

Exactly 7 years ago, the Lame-stream Media continually threw barbs at the Bush administration for what was perceived as a much-too-slow response to hurricane Katrina and an erroneous assumption that the days it took to respond was the fault of the White House;but now that hurricane Isaac has come and gone, there's not a peep out of the media....

The headline of a story appearing in the Saturday edition of the Los Angeles Times reads: "Most of New Orleans still without power; patience 'wearing thin.'"
The Times goes on to say: "In Louisiana, more than 3,000 evacuees remained in shelters across the state, though some had begun returning home."

"In a Saturday news conference, New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu said that, although New Orleans had escaped the worst effects of the storm, the majority of the city still does not have power. 'Like everyone else, my patience is wearing thin,' he said. 'This is more than an inconvenience; it continues to be dangerous for everybody.'”
