RINO Says Romney Needs To Put Conservatives In Their Place

When the former Governor of New Jersey sat down with CNN to give her take on the presidential campaign, she illustrated to the nation exactly what is wrong with the GOP.

Christine Whitman told CNN: "It's shameful... We have so many issues that we need to hear being discussed by our candidates and all we hear is name calling."

When CNN contributor Ryan Lizza asked Whitman if Romney "has done a good job standing up to the GOP base," she responded: "I have seen some moments where I thought he had a freebie to do that and he didn't."

According to CNN: "Whitman asserts that Romney needs a Sister Souljah moment to 'send the message that he's gonna be the kind of president he says he's going to be.'" Is Team Romney stupid enough to take Whitman's advice? Only time will tell.

  1. What a stupid comment from Whitman
If Romney makes just one comment he will "stand up" to conservatives, he can kiss the presidency good by, and he will have to be quick, because without Conservatives, he 'aint gonna win'

  2. If these fence straddling rhinos continue to push the party to the left, they can kiss the Republican party good-bye. If there is little difference between the two parties true conservatives are going to stay home or go with a third party. Might as well regardless of the outcome since there is no one worth voting for anyway. America is heading towards has-been status like all other democracies of the past. Why so many people are willing to cede power to a few is baffling.
