Syria Moving Chemical Weapons Stockpile

Syria has started extracting chemical weapons stockpiles coming from warehousing centers, resulting in anxieties that Damascus could be getting ready to make use of weapons against rebels or even as an element of an ethnic cleansing effort.

Nevertheless, some suspect the regime of Bashar al-Assad could be merely aiming to secure the stockpiles of sarin nerve agent, mustard gas, and cyanide.

The event has triggered the United States Government to have classified briefings concerning the situation and officials are specifically focused on Syria's supplies of sarin gas.

Syria termed the accusations “ridiculous.”

Syria isn't a signatory on the 1992 Chemical Weapons Convention additionally, the country is assumed to have one of the most significant stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons in the Middle East.

The nation has the potential of dispensing chemical weapons in artillery shells and missiles.

  2. And we are "caught by surprise"... WHY?!??!

These guys will happily blow away anyone who even looks a bit different let alone believe even slightly differently, even supposedly following the same religion!
Just as Europe in early 20th Century Europe, ethnic/political/religious extermination makes for a smaller population to control using fear & terror.
