ObamaCare Video Parody: The Day ObamaCare Died

Even if you don't remember Don McLean's American Pie, you should still get a big kick out of this video parody of Barack Obama singing, The Day ObamaCare Died; and as far as we're concerned, the death of ObamaCare will not come a day too soon. While there may be "no angel born in hell" who "can break that Satan's spell," we "have faith in God above" that the American people will rise up and get the job done.

Enjoy the video below and remain hopeful and optimistic, but vigilant. The plain and simple truth is that ObamaCare's days were numbered from the very moment that the Pelosi-Reid Congress finally succeeded in passing this evil legislation through trickery and deception.

And even though they passed ObamaCare in the dark of night using trickery and deception, as the Obama impersonator sings in the video (original lyrics from Paul Shanklin): "Though I lied, lied at every town hall in sight. Drove my Chevy cross the country trying to put up a fight. Them good ol' boys were standing right there outside. Sayin' this will be the day that it dies. This will be the day ObamaCare dies."

We can join in that chorus. ObamaCare will die a well-deserved death and one day, very soon, we'll all be able to stand "right there outside" and sing, "this will be the day that it dies."

The defection of Chief Justice John Roberts was a blow that can't be adequately described by mere words, but he was right about one thing. The ultimate responsibility for defeating this evil rests with the American people and the responsibility has always rested with the American people.

While still a member of Congress, former-President James Garfield issued the following warning at the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1876:

"Now more than ever before, the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature."

Amen, those words are as true today as they were then.

  1. 0bama said 'NO TAXES' many times as 0bamacare was working its way through the Senate. Then comes the Supreme Court's review and SUDDENLY, 0bama's attorney tells them 'IT'S A TAX'.

Were you LIED to or what? Fraud is what got 0bama into the White House and he's been nothing but a FRAUD since then.
