Obama Appoints Architect Of Roe v. Wade To Appeals Court

President Barack Obama is adding to his massive pro-abortion record by placing yet another abortion activist on a top federal appeals court — this time a lawyer credited with helping craft the Roe v. Wade decision.

Obama has appointed Andrew Hurwitz to the 9th Circuit Court, the most liberal appeals court in the country based in San Francisco and covering laws approved in western states. Yet, according to the Daily Caller, Hurwitz was instrumental to providing some of the legal framework for Roe, which resulted in 54 million abortions.

  1. obama always digs to the bottom of the barrel for his dirty work. He doesn't know the meaning of the words "lets be fair" or "justice". He hits the jugular right off, making it impossible for him to lose. Fight dirty, that's the name of the game with him. That's the way the muslims fight, dirty and without conscience, without morals, without ethics, without Christian principles, and with absolutely no dignity.

    1. Christian principles do not require us to be suicidal to be Christian.
      If you are fighting for your life you fight tooth and nail. You don't try to make it pretty. If a person tries to slit your throat and that which he holds sacred comes into view attack. one blow takes his breath, next kick places him on his knees, albeit not to pray, swift kick to the head and move on to the next laddie. Suit the tactics and strategy to that what you must defeat.
