Video: Justice Clarence Thomas Speaks Out On Obama's Birth Certificate
In a polite exchange between Justice Thomas and subcommittee chairman Serrano, the eligibility issue comes up with an apparent admission that the court is avoiding it. Things may not be as they seem though. Much could be read into this... judge for yourself.

ReplyDeleteIn Article II of the Constitution the Electoral College is empowered to make that determination and they met post 2008 election. The Supreme Court will continue to avoid Obama's foreign birth . Individual Staes however set the criteria for chosen electors to follow.

Not sure of the intent but the Constitution of the United States sets the criteria and ALL states must follow it. It's time that the Constitution be followed to the letter of the law and Congress and the Supreme Court get off their lazy butts and do the due diligence that should have been done before Hussein Obama's name was ever put on any ballot! "...defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign or DOMESTIC." That's what they pledged with their cough, cough "sacred honor".

ReplyDeleteJudge Kagen is the one who keeps throwing out the cases of Obama and keeps planning on doing so as long as Obama is in office.
Obama should never be given a chance to run for 2012 with everything he has done over the past four years. Should he get re-elected we can kiss our Country and our freedom of speech goodbye. The votes were fixed in 2008 and most likely will be again.
I truly believe that even if every true American votes in this next election and votes against him he will still win. Why? Because of all the people who depend on him for all of their free stuff that we are paying for. There are too many of them and along with the corruption of fixing the votes in his favor do we really have a chance for a new President? I seriously doubt it.
Plain and simple, we're wasting time with legal B/S while Obama is still free to go on destroying our already seriously damaged Nation . All this talk is irrelevant as Obama now has a three year head start on the demolition .If stopped today ,it would still take years to even begin to repair the damage, and , that's to say nothing of the dire situation caused to numerous Foreign Countries .Its inconceivable to me why no one seems to have any clue as to whats going on here . I've heard some say to legally remove Mr. Zero would cause a public back lash . Well , let me say this to that B/S . The backlash would be miniscule by comparison the damage already done .
ReplyDeleteI hate Zero more than anybody. He's the polar opposite of me on every single issue. However, I've done the legal/historical research. Even if born in Kenya, to an absolutely American mother, having returned to the US when he did, he's a "natural born citizen" under all parts of Federal/State law. The only thing to be decided is if the Constitution phrase is defined in the same way as the rest of the Federal Code. If it went to the USSC, it would be, not a single doubt. So, everybody sat down, realized it would be unanimous, and it was decided that the issue was not worth the bruhaha it would raise, just to get back to the same point. Further, if he were suddenly disqualified now, the Democrats could run Hillary in his place, and win by a landslide. You want that?

ReplyDeleteOne of the problems of the birther movement is that it gets sidetracked on things like Obama's alleged birth in Kenya. None of that really matters. The Constitution states that to be eligible for the Presidency, one must be a "natural born citizen," which was always defined as being born in the USA of parents who were both US citizens. Some people confuse "naturalized" with "natural born," but they are different. Any immigrant who becomes a citizen is a "naturalized citizen," not a "natural born citizen." In any event, since Obama's father - by Obama's own admission - was a citizen of Kenya (and never became a US citizen), that invalidates Obama's eligibility to be President. The founders put the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution to attempt to avoid a President who might have loyalty to some other nation than the USA.
ReplyDeleteI like most Americans wonder why The president has gone to so much trouble to hide his records. Not one person has come forward to say they knew Mr. obama when he went to school,not one. Why does he have a state of Conn. Social security number? There are many unanswered questions aboout this man that should be made public, but he refuses to do so. I for one would like concerete answers.Is everbody in washington in on this coverup? What are they afraid of?
