White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs told CNSNews.com today that the administration will "rightly" continue to implement the Obamacare law even though the federal judge who sided with 26 states in declaring it unconstitutional said that his ruling was “the functional equivalent of an injunction” against the law.

ReplyDeleteObama has consistently refused to meet the terms required under the Constitution. He is a LIAR, a FRAUD, an USURPER. Since he is not a 'Citizen' of any of these United States and is not a citizen of The United States, he cannot be tried for treason. He can however, and should, be tried for acts of Piracy, overt and covert, and (as required by International Maritime Law) be summarily executed for said acts. Michelle, of course, being a U.S. Citizen, can be tried and executed for treason, should that be the case, along with every single member of Congress and the "Supreme Court" who has CONSISTENTLY failed in their obligation and breached their Oath under the Constitution and before God.
No "threats", just simple observation and LAW.
The law means nothing to that scum!
