DeleteHe was making a very reasonable comment on a very serious topic - rape. And you treat it like a joke. ASk your wives, daughters, sisters, and any woman who was raped how they feel about it. Play petty politics on such an important matter if you wish - this is neither a conservative or liberal issue - when someone is raped, it does not matter what her politics are, but this tells us more about you than Biden. Get someone older than a teenage boy with out of control hormones to write on serious topics like this.
