Prior to Miller rejecting the homosexual lifestyle and becoming a Christian,
she and Jenkins were living as "husband-and-wife" in a legally recognized civil-union; and during their cohabitation, Miller gave birth to a daughter, Isabella.
When Miller and Jenkins separated, the court awarded Jenkins unsupervised
visitations with Isabella and soon thereafter,
according to WND, Miller began to suspect that Jenkins was sexually
abusing Isabella. Moreover, according to
LifeSiteNews affidavits filed by social workers and clinical therapists
claim that Isabella appeared traumatized by her visits with Jenkins.
Miller
told LifeSiteNews that Isabella had started to complain about taking
baths with Jenkins during the visitations and began touching herself sexually:
"Last year, Isabella put a comb up to her neck and said she wanted to kill
herself after one of the visits. She took a comb and pressed it into her neck
and said, ‘I want to kill myself.' ... It was immediately after a visit. Other
people have seen huge changes. She also started openly masturbating which is not
something that my child has done.”
According to WND, Miller refused to allow Jenkins further visitations and when
Miller and Jenkins went back to court, a Vermont judge awarded Jenkins, who has
no biological connection to the child, full custody of Isabella.
Miller fled the country rather than comply with the court order and now Jenkins
is charging a number of people and corporations with violations of the Racketeer
Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, RICO, Act.
