High Court Tells Judges: Marry Gays Or Don't Marry Anyone At All

This high court has spoke and is telling judges across this U.S. State that they must either "marry" men to each other or they should not marry anyone at all...






(AFA) The state's highest court has ruled that if a judge does opposite-gender weddings, they must also do same-gender weddings as well. A judge can refuse to do all weddings - or do weddings for only family members and friends - but theu cannot refuse if a relative or friend is homosexual.

Cathi Herrod of the Center for Arizona Policy calls it "outrageous" that an ethics opinion suggests judges are "manifesting bias or prejudice" when they follow their religious beliefs about marriage.

Same-sex "marriage" is legal in Arizona following a similar pattern in other states - a court order. An advisory committee appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court issued the opinion.
