Did this former Member of Congress actually tell Americans to join a militia
group if Congress fails to impeach Barack Obama?

I think Boehner is right to not go for impeachment now. The law suite is also meaningless but the effect of Obama ignoring it will hurt the Democrats more that Articles of Impeachment.
ReplyDeleteThe threat of Impeachment should always be on the table, but the Republicans and Conservatives have to prevent the Democrats and their fellow travelers from "Circling the wagons" and holding on to the Senate.
The more SNAFUS by Obama between now and the election can only help the Republicans and Conservatives.
There is a Plan B that can be started now,we have to plant the seed. The 10th Amendment is a very powerful weapon now we have to load it with more powder and primer.
To judges at all levels Federal., State, County, City there is a problem. The election of Barack Obama and Joe Biden in both 2008 and 2012 has many unanswered questions that should have been resolved a long time ago,but they have not even been questioned by most judges in public. I am not even going there because there is an more important question that must be addressed now if this country expects to survive the Elections of 2014, that is how do we remove Two men that are in power and are totally misusing the power they claim , using it to destroy the very roots of our society and country.
The issue of not enforcing the laws of this country and violations of just about every section and amendment of the Constitution should make every judge's blood boil to the level of supper heated steam. The problem is that many judges have supported these crimes and are laughing at the laws and the Constitution that they pledge an oath to enforce.
Their oath meant nothing!
Why hasn't the legal system taken action to clean up their own claimed profession? The law/ lawyering in no longer a profession, it is bad politicians at their worst. Criminals in suits and robs. They use double talk and innuendo to avoid correcting the problems while taking money from everyone they can.
If there is any judge ( or group of judges) with either the balls or the gumption to attack even a part of this problem there is a part of the Constitution that is the sludge hammer that is needed to crack a few skulls , that is the 10th Amendment.
To remind the pretend lawyers here it is – its short it has no limits only the limits caused by those that won't use it.

My interpretation is that the States ( the bases of the United States) or the People can remove the president for just cause under this Amendment.
Just one of many”just causes “to remove the Misfit (s) is listed below.
There is a Constitutional way to do it! Off course by the time all the make believe lawyers (politicians) figure out what the Founding Fathers had in mind 240 years ago , it would be too late because Obama will be entrenched as Dictator Obama.
Here is one for you. The Constitution states that the persident and vice president shall run on seperate tickets. There has been no amendment to change that. Do we even have a vice president????
ReplyDeleteDon't believe me look it up. In fcat readt the Constitution and stop letting people tell you what it means. Can't figure it out. Check the federalist Papers and Elliott's Edition of the Debates. Ihave spend many hours sturying this information. I encourage you all to do so or they will use the fear and intimidation to control your thought process.
Once you understand the truth you motivation will improve. Acting upon knowledge is the key to right action. Acting or not acting due to fear is a coward's dishonor.
