Are The Girl Scouts Embracing The Pro-Abortion Agenda?
It seems unlikely but recent events would appear to suggest that the Girl Scouts
of America may be embracing the pro-abortion agenda.
What's the number one threat that could destroy the American infrastructure and way of life as we know it? Watch the video here.
(Life News) Last week, LifeNews reported that the Girl Scouts sent out a tweet suggesting that Wendy Davis, the state legislator whose sole claim to fame is standing up against a bill to stop abortions all the way to birth in Texas, should be a candidate for Woman of the Year in 2013.
On December 18, 2013, Girl Scouts USA tweeted: “Incredible Ladies Who Should Be Women of the Year for 2013” and asking if anyone should be added to the list. The link goes to a column by the liberal Huffington Post, which promotes Davis and pro-abortion activist Gloria Steinem as potential women of the year.
The Girl Scouts have denied they were suggesting Davis or Steinem for Woman of the Year claiming that a retweet does not equal an endorsement. Girl Scouts spokeswoman Kelly Parisi told CNS News, "Our Twitter bio states that a retweet does not equal an endorsement. Our sharing a link was not to endorse any of the women featured, but to highlight the source’s acknowledgment of women who made a mark in 2013."

Unfortunatly, the Girl Scouts are NOT embracing abortion.
ReplyDeleteAbortion is legal. It is a medical procedure, It should be paid for as is all other medical procedure.
If life stops when your heart stops beating...shouldn't life start when your heart starts beating? Therefore most abortions equal MURDER !!!
DeleteI was a Girl Scout, and later a leader for my daughter's Girl Scout troop, but the Girl Scout national leadership began the road down a slippery slope that I recognized, and I ended my support. That was more than 30 years ago.
Delete"Abortion is legal. It is a medical procedure, It should be paid for as is all other medical procedure."
DeleteSpoken like a true NAZI...
Why is even the subject for young girls? Why should they learn this part of life in the Girl Scouts instead of learning what the Girl Scouts used to teach? I also used to have admiration for the Girl Scouts; now I have none.
DeleteEarly indoctrination for Obama socialist agenda, and all youth groups are push it, And parents are happy with this that's why they voted for Obama. Suck it up
ReplyDeleteABORTION IS NOT A MEDICAL PROCEDURE UNLESS PERHAPS TO SAVE THE PHYSICAL LIFE OF THE MOTHER, AND EVEN THEN????
