[Video] Feds Arrest Engineer For Repairing Sewage Line

Lawrence Lewis served for years as head engineer at a military retirement home. One day when a sewage backup occurred, his team re-routed the water away from the home's most critically ill patients. Yet unknown to Lawrence or his crew, the storm drain led to Rock Creek. Suddenly the feds intruded into his workplace and home, eventually having him mugged, fingerprinted, and charged of violating a law he knew nothing about.
