The D.C. Circuit court of appeals issued a ruling that Barack Obama's
unconstitutional so-called "recess appointments" to the National Labor Relations
Board are indeed unconstitutional (who would have guessed), but the Regime
issued a statement today that it will flout the court's ruling and move
full-steam ahead.

The Washington Examiner reports: "Mark Gaston Pearce, chairman
of the National Labor Relations Board, issued the following statement in
reaction to today’s DC Appeals Court decision that President Obama use of recess
appointments to install three people on the NLRB last year was unconstitutional.
... Pearce indicated that the NLRB will attempt to continue on regardless:"
"'The Board respectfully disagrees with today’s decision...' It’s a pretty
brazen strategy, but consistent with a broader administration strategy to simply
ignore the court’s ruling.
In other words, The court has ruled that Obama violated the Constitution in
making bogus recess appointments last year, but he will forge ahead and take the
position that he is above the law; and the pressing question still remains: What
will Congress do to put a stop to this Imperial Regime?
