That judge, Dickinson Debevoise, appointed by Jimmy Carter,
later retired, but decided that he would continue to control the case, which
requires the RNC – but not the DNC – to "refrain from undertaking any ballot
security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or
ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or
the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant
effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the
conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts
that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be
considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose."

ReplyDeleteThis is the most idiotic law I have ever heard of. The judge that gave this order is a moron. It's clear that he is a democrat on LSD and not fit to practice law. That is not a law, it's fraud decree. If the republicans hands are tied and can't fight it, then the conservative citizens should fight it, and file a counter suite that every election should be automatically monitored at every pole by a third party and the polls be purged of dead people and illegals, and no more computer generated votes, and the only people who can vote are citizens with a citizen voter ID so no one can vote twice or three times. For this bias law to not be able to stop is against the Constitution. This law is against the Constitution and is completely and utterly ridiculous!

The judge needs to be disbarred for this stupidity, and have it null and void because of it's insanity. And, the demonrats need to be disbanded for practicing fraud, not to mention TREASON for handing over our sovereignty to the UN. They are totally evil.
