Consequential federal jobs require an official birth certificate. However, for
Congressman McClintock, an ad in a newspaper is close enough for Barack Obama,
even though these can be easily produced by relatives to aid in obtaining
citizenship for babies born elsewhere.

Why doesn't the Court just issue an order to have the President's footprint taken and matched against the Kenyan hospital birth certificate. Isn't that what footprints are for? There certainly is enough doubt that he was born here and this should't be blown off. The hospital birth certificate may not be an "official" documet, but you can't alter a footprint.

DeleteThe Constitution only empowers the Electors of the Electoral College to determine eligibility and who is elected President. Over the years their powers have been limited by State laws that they are chosen from. In a representative democracy such as our Republic it is assumed that the electors are smarter than the voters. But lets get real , both the voters and those they elect aren't very smart. McClintock utilized his only resource a Library (run by liberals) to find articles the grandparents phoned into the papers to assure Obama's citizenship (as that was the allowable common practice in Hawaii in 1961 for those born out of State and out of Country). Mc Clintock was weak on his answer and should have attacked the forged long form that wrongly described Obama Sr. as of "African" race which in 1961 the U.S. Census Bureau utilized "Negro" as Obama's father's race. Bottom line Obama beat that rap in 2008 and McClintock is correct to focus on his disasterous policies today and not a missed technicality of 4 years ago. Why do you think Obama spent a half day alone in his grandmother's residence while she was dying in the hospital . He was looking for a non existent Long form birth certificate (that he didn't know never existed). I have one as I was born in Hawaii. It has five signitures on it. The delivery doctor , the mother , hospital administrator and two State bureaucrats. Without his savy white grandparents who wanted him to be a citizen Barak would have never become President as he was born in Kenya and techically was therefore ineligible.
ReplyDeleteThis is more proof that he knows nothing yet of his birth in Topeka Ks and the name of his real dad which I was able to provide to the sec of State of Ks when I filed my eye witness affidavit. I've sent copies of all my postings on facebook , twitter and blogger.com since 7/26/12 labeled daily recap each day of details. as of 1/71 his grandmother stopped me form mentioning Topeka Ks to him. Fear of KKK and is grandmother;s own relatives said the cause. he was not born in Kenya and marriage to Obama Sr arranged by my dad Rev Tracy hardy after real dad murdered and she needed a marriage certificate and he to stay i USA. They never lived together. Please read and listen t eye witnesses. You seem to have an eye witness account here form somewhere that verifies what the State of Ks said to me on 9/14/12 and I think they were able to find the record after i gave them Forbes Air Force base hospital and dad's real name( never in the media.) source: Ann to my mother.
