Singing "It's hard to be right in Chicago," the Chicago Young Republicans showcase this exceedingly cute parody of Carly Rae Jepsen's pop hit while phone-banking for their candidates. It may be the umpteenth-million "Call Me Maybe" video parody on YouTube but it's worth a view.

If you watch the video to the end, you'll notice that it's actually a rather ingenious recruitment incentive to entice folks to come down to the Chicago GOP HQ and volunteer to make calls. Our hats go off to them. It's a novel and inventive way to get the word out and we wish them the best of luck.
