The billboard shows a picture of Holmes with the caption "Kills 12 In Movie Theater With Assault Rifle... Everyone Freaks Out" and a picture of Obama, with a caption that reads, "Kills Thousand With His Foreign Policy"

The local media is reporting that some residents of Caldwell, Idaho, including those who are not Obama supporters, are claiming that the billboard is "way over the line."
