Democrat Sues To Remove Obama From Florida Ballot
(WND.com) Another lawsuit has been filed asking state officials to remove Barack Obama’s name from the 2012 election ballot because he has not documented that he is eligible for the office, but this case in Florida has a twist: It was brought by a Democrat.
The case was filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.” As part of his responsibilities, the lawsuit explains, Voeltz took “an oath to ‘protect and defend’ the U.S. Constitution.”
The complaint cites widely reported suspicions that Obama might not have been born in the United States and the fact that his father never was a U.S. citizen. It contends that because of those circumstances, Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” as the Constitution demands of the president. Named as defendants are Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner and the state Elections Canvassing Commission.

ReplyDeleteI am aware it is very rare democrats question in any way the party or any of the members. However, it should not be rare at all. It is rare if conservatives do “not” question or criticize members of the Republican party. That should be considered by both parties as good. Only sheep follow blindly. Conservatives are inherently independent thinking people democrats seem to be inherently dependent. Perhaps we have discovered the real difference in the two parties. One party is for individualism the other is for the collective. Guess which is which!

ReplyDeleteIt's not going to matter how many democrats, how many republicans, or how many independents want obama removed from the ballot in any state. I just won't happen. The only way to beat obama is to not vote for him. Our media is liberal, our court systems are biased, and the majority of our population seems either too stupid to realize what's going on, totally agree with the current socialist direction, or they're on the dole and don't want to jeopardize their hand outs.
