I don't know. This new plan to expose and depose Obama is too indirect of the real issue and will take too long to get through the courts.

this won't fly, the Republicans want Marko Rubio to one day be president, so they will fight it also.
ReplyDeleteIt would not be surprising if the Democrats of the left would be greatly relieved to have Obama declared to be unqualified to be on the ballot in 2012. He's made such a mess of things that this would save them from figuring out how to get rid of him themselves...
