Obama Birth Certificate Update: Hawaii Still Refusing Access: Court Orders Hawaii DOH Officials To Appear In Court Sept 14
Attorney Orly Taitz secured an order from U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi requiring officials from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) to appear in court on Sept. 14 to show cause as to why Taitz should be prevented from seeing Barack Obama's origional birth certificate. DOH denied Orly access to the records claiming that Obama's Birth Certificate is sealed as a matter of "privacy" but Taitz is arguing that privacy is now moot since Obama has already released what he contends is a copy of his actual birth certificate on the Internet.
"Oh what a tangled web..." Obama needs to be tried and hung for treason.

Yes, I believe the President of the U.S. should be open and above board and provide the REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE; and I believe since he, the Pres., offered a copy of what he claims is the official birth certificate, Hawaii should at least give a copy of the real one for us to verify.

Since, it is supposedly a matter of public knowledge and open for scrutiny why is Hawaii being so protective? This proves to me that the long form posted is a forgery, otherwise why not release the original? I agree with one writer, the courts will do the rest if it is found to be a forgery.

I knew it was a bad idea to let Hawaii become a state. It's halfway around the world, and being born there (let alone pretending to have been born there after actually being born in Kenya) should not allow you to be President under the Constitution.

ReplyDeleteI would like to point out that the document that is posted on 'WhiteHouse.gov' is NOT a long form birth certificate--it is only a Certificate of Live Birth (CoLB)and the Hawaii Department of Health has acknowledged that publicly, stating they would never accepted that document alone without further verification of presented facts therein!!! THe CoLB is a pre-requisite/required document issued by a physician regarding the delivery of a child, which is only one of other documents and information SUBMITTED with an APPLICATION for a STATE Birth Certificate.

Seems that According to the Constitutional Rules of Statutory construction 'All laws must be written at the common reading level of the Average Citizen' ['That Level being long determined to be that of a third grade level'']
