Obama Birth Certificate Update: Hawaii Still Refusing Access: Court Orders Hawaii DOH Officials To Appear In Court Sept 14

Attorney Orly Taitz secured an order from U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi requiring officials from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) to appear in court on Sept. 14 to show cause as to why Taitz should be prevented from seeing Barack Obama's origional birth certificate.  DOH denied Orly access to the records claiming that Obama's Birth Certificate is sealed as a matter of "privacy" but Taitz is arguing that privacy is now moot since Obama has already released what he contends is a copy of his actual birth certificate on the Internet.
