As set out in the September 3, 2010 Bulletin, the IFR implementing Section 2711 of the PHSA provided that the restricted annual limits may be waived by the Secretary of HHS if compliance with the IFR would result in a “significant decrease in access to benefits” or a “significant increase in premiums.”
Had any of these Fox News pundits done 10 minutes of research, they would have found the same info I did. But then they would have had nothing to get angry about. Burtlight had a valid question. The answer that Election gave shows his closed mindedness. To refer to the companies that applied for these waivers as "Obama's fatcat liberal friends" shows your vulnerability to react to innuendo, and believe everything you hear on Fox News.
