(Washington Examiner) Richardson’s fraud was spotted when other poll workers noticed absentee ballots coming in with her handwriting on them. That included three ballots from a relative of hers who had been in a coma since 2003. This has been an epidemic in Ohio’s Hamilton County. Richard was the third person there to be convicted this year for voter fraud. Three other cases are pending before the court, the Enquirer reports.
