Rylee McKay, a 15-year-old ninth-grader at Hurricane Middle School, was originally suspended for violating the school’s dress code policies, which stipulate that students can only dye their hair within a range of “normal” colors. School authorities determined that McKay’s hair was too pink when examined under certain lighting, and suspended her until she changed it back. Read The Full Story
