The New York Times is reporting that Karl Rove and his buddies have formed a new organization in what promises to be a heavily financed effort to take control of the GOP away from "conservatives and Tea Party enthusiasts" ...

The Times writes that the rather ironically named "Conservative Victory Project, is intended to counter other organizations that have helped defeat establishment Republican candidates over the last two election cycles," and the effort promises to be what The Times calls "the most robust attempt yet" by the "biggest donors in the Republican Party" to move the GOP to the left.
