Of course he should be relieved of his duties in another three years because of term limits. But the nation will not have thrived during those months he is still in charge. He should have been impeached when he declared publicly his unwillingness to enforce the DOMA law passed by Congress and signed by President George W. Bush. That was three years back. There have been repeated reasons for impeachment since, and no action, even knowing the Senate wouldn't care regardless of what Obama did or didn't do. If Cruz wouldn't favor impeachment if we had a Republican-majority Senate, I'm curious to know what his reasoning might be.
